Hillary Waters Fayle has found the way to master a special art. The artist sews and embroiders dried leaves with thread and needle. Sometimes, several of the organic materials she uses are joined together. A meticulous work that offers a delicate result. You can see patterns or flowers with a nice harmony of colors. But that’s not all, Hillary Water Fayle also creates a cutting work, still on leaves. The artist plays with the emptiness generated by her precise cuts to create again original patterns.
